Program of works:
Designed with a sense of luxury throughout, the beautifully renovated Long Street apartments draw on their heritage as a collection of artisan workshops, while the newly built Waterson apartments take their cues from their modern architectural surroundings. ClerkenWellDesign’s role was delivery of facade system and associated works to the external envelope as a project and design manager.

•Structural glazed curtain walling
•Windows including Crittall window and doors to refurbished blocks of apartments.
•External doors, Automated sliding doors, glass balustrades, canopies.
•Rain screen Cladding, Architectural GRC for new build.
•All associated doors and ironmongery
•Opening lights, vents and trickle vents
•Supply and installation of any motorised windows, doors and the including any required insulations and ironmongery. •Architraves, trims, cills, sub-frames, all ironmongery and fittings necessary inclusive of any builders works in connection.
•All necessary fixings and structural support for the installation that may be required additional to the provided structure. •EPC’s, EPDM’s, flashings and associated insulation to the installation
•Opening control gear in stair / corridor areas or where access to opening lights / vents may be difficult for manual operation / where automatic operation is necessary including wiring
•All sealant works
•Fire stopping to slab edges, Vapour barriers, air seals, insulation
•Fire stopping between rooms / corridors where the installation spans between different compartments of the building •Certificates and statements of conformity and suitability as required
